Submitting a quote-request form does not create a contract between you and ToughJobs Construction Inc. This site does not list prices. All pricing is provided in a written, fixed-scope quote after an on-site consultation, and depends on agreed scope, materials, site conditions, and access.

Photographs and project descriptions appearing on this site are either ToughJobs's own work or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Site content is for information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it may not be complete, error-free, or up to date at any given moment. The terms that apply to construction work we perform are set out in writing in the project contract, not in this website's content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec.
